Foooood!

So, lately I've taken a keen interest on food, and more specifically how much fat and protein is in everything. Also, Shnee and I just got groceries!! So that factors in a bit here too. Haha. Anyways, my plan for the next few weeks is to, along with working out daily, to fill myself up with peanut butter and milk every night before I go to bed. They both are high in protein (and fat, respectively) so that will hopefully aid me in gaining weight in a good way. Also, I will then wake up and eat me a bunch of scrambled eggs (high in protein as well) and try to eat a couple eggs after each workout. Then to round it all out, have chicken for dinner on most nights. (high in PROTEIN) Mmmmmm, I will definitely be liking this diet a lot!! Yessir.
